New Ashland Town Hall Comes to Life

The decision to tear down an existing town hall in the heart of the downtown and replace it with a new one was a monumental, but carefully studied decision for the Town of Ashland. The town partnered with PMA Architecture throughout the process, and in the design and construction administration for the new facility. The new town hall is a prominent feature in the downtown and stands as a proud focal point for the community. Staff moved into the new building in November 2020 and are enjoying a refreshing, modern hub for town operations.

When construction began in 2019, the town leadership enhanced its project communication with the community by sharing updates and time-lapse videos of key construction milestones on a webpage devoted to keeping the community up-to-date on the project journey.
