PMA Architectural Designers Complete Specialized CPSM Training

PMA Architectural Designers Akshar Patel and Erin Coleman recently completed specialized training and received their Construction & Professional Services Manual (CPSM) certification. The CPSM training and exam are administered by Virginia’s Division of Engineering & Buildings. Akshar and Erin attended an intensive 15-hour, 2-day seminar covering the state’s process for working with architects and engineers to plan and execute quality construction projects. This continuing education achievement is valuable to our design team, which is currently involved in several state projects. The policies, procedures, and other materials presented in the training apply to all architecture and engineering projects administered by the state of Virginia. Solid knowledge of these resources enables our team to implement the “best practices” that result in positive project partnerships with the state and the delivery of successful projects together.
