    Urban Apartments Revitalize Empty Storefronts

A New Vision for Peninsula Town Center

PMA Architecture’s unique answer for what to do with empty retail storefronts? Hip, new apartment living!

    Interior Rendering

Our new apartment designs in the former storefronts at Peninsula Town Center have open floorplans with 16’ ceilings.

Each apartment will have its own “house” with color changing light that creates new dynamic street art.

Infill apartments in a leftover lot will transform into walk-out units with courtyards. We are excited to be a part of this new way of thinking about revitalizing empty storefronts into vibrant spaces for urban living.

    Existing & New Concept

The conceptual design re-invigorates the currently uninspired street corner - providing both a boundary and a sense of place. The walls are punctuated with vibrant street art and vertical plantings. Bright orange benches - with the apartment complex name cut into the metal - provide a place to sit and linger.
