Description of the Job
We have a great opportunity for a recently registered Architect looking to grow their career in designing a wide variety of projects, including recreational, higher education, governmental, and other building types. This position offers growth opportunities in design, project management, client involvement, and construction management.
Qualifications
- Experience in design and project management of architectural projects for commercial and institutional clients.
- Strong skills in architectural design on projects that relate to PMA's range of work.
- Highly proficient skills in Revit, Excel, Photoshop, and related architectural software tools.
- Experience with Submittals and maintaining quality control throughout project phases.
- Credentials in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles and/or Green Globes sustainable design practices is a strong asset.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Licensed Architect with a Professional Degree in Architecture from an accredited US program.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Complete a background check.
Compensation range $70,000 to $75,000.
