The Arbors is a full-service, contemporary independent living community. The mixed-use, 4-story building combines ground level retail with nearly 100 residences for age-restricted senior living. The Arbors is prominently located in the award-winning new urbanist village of Port Warwick in Newport News, Virginia. The building facade is varied with residential scale elements including arbors, brackets, bay windows, and “sleeping porches.” The elegant interior is designed with bright clear colors, sensuous textiles and classic furnishings of a style often found in fine old hotels.
