The Arbors is a full service independent living facility in Port Warwick, with one hundred apartments. This mixed-use building combines ground level retail with a 100-unit age restricted independent living facility located prominently in the award-winning new urbanist village of Port Warwick, located in Newport News, Virginia. The facade is varied with residential scale elements including arbors, brackets, bay windows, and “sleeping porches”. The elegant interior is designed with bright clear colors, sensuous textiles, and classic furnishings; often found in fine old hotels.
