    Featured Project

The Ashland Town Hall project began with an evaluation and space needs study for the existing Town Hall. Based on these findings, the Town elected to invest in a modern facility to replace the aging original building. PMA’s design for the new Town Hall created a 21st Century town office building which incorporates forward thinking energy efficiency and sustainable design into a new civic center for the Town.

The Ashland Town Hall also includes a meeting space for the Town Council. The two-story building consists of 14,500 square feet of space which has been carefully planned to meet the specific needs of the employees and mission of the various departments that occupy the new building. The design was crafted to draw from the history and iconic images of the Town, yet firmly anchored in the 21st Century. This project developed from a study of the condition of the existing facility and projection of the future space needs of the town offices. The new building is a town focal point in an urban park setting which allows for civic events on an enlarged Town Square.
